📦 How do I return?
Here is a link to our RETURN PORTAL
Here you simply need to register your return and you will be sent a 9-digit code that you must write on the package. It is not necessary to enclose a return label in the package.

If you want your money back, the return costs 39 kr. If you want an exchange or a refund in the form of a gift certificate, the return is free.
🔁 How do I exchange?
Here is a link to our RETURN PORTAL , where you are asked to register your exchange.
Here you simply register your exchange and choose which item to exchange for. You can exchange for a different color, size or a completely different item. If there is a price difference on the exchanged item, you simply pay the difference online when you register your exchange.

When exchanging, the return is free, and we will already send the exchanged item to you once you have handed in the return package at the parcel shop.
⚠️ Complaints
If you experience a defect in a product, you can make a complaint. You have a 2-year right of complaint on a product from ByStenholt.
Simply register your complaint HERE . We will then assess your request within 5 business days.
💸 When will I get my money refunded?
Once we have processed your return package, you will receive an email. It can then take up to 10 banking days for the money to be back in your account.
Please note that the money will be deposited into your bank account and not MobielPay.
It is also only possible for us to refund to the same account from which the money was deducted.
