Frequently asked questions
How do I return an order?
1. Order a return label and find a return slip HERE - You will receive a return label that must be printed out. If you do not have a printer, you will also receive a 9-digit code that you can write on the return package instead.
2. Fill in the return slip - If you want an exchange, just write on the return slip which item you want the exchange for.
3. Pack the goods securely in the original packaging and enclose the return slip in the return package.
4. Hand in the package to your nearest DAO Parcel Shop.

When will I get a refund for my return?
When we receive your return, we will process it as quickly as possible. You will receive an email when the amount has been refunded or a new order has been created if you wish to exchange.
In the case of a refund, it may take 1-3 banking days before the money is again visible in your account.
An item is sold out. What do I do?
If an item is sold out, the item will probably be in stock within 1-2 weeks. You can add a notification by pressing "Remind me" - You will then receive an email when the item is back in stock.
