1. PAYMENT

Bystenholt.dk accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, all VISA payment cards, all Mastercard payment cards, MobilePay and Klarna. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item has been shipped.
All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and include VAT.

When you pay with an international card, a reservation is made on your bank account. We only withdraw the amount when we ship the item from our warehouse.

Bystenholt.dk uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information, which means that your information cannot be read.

In order to offer Klarna's payment methods, we may transfer your personal data in the form of contact and order information to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you are eligible for their payment methods and to tailor these payment methods to you. Your transferred personal data will be processed in accordance with Klarna's own Data Protection Notice .

2. DELIVERY

Bystenholt.dk's packages are shipped the same day (if the order is placed before 12:00 on a weekday). Packages are normally delivered within 1-3 business days. Packages in Denmark are shipped with DAO.

The shipping prices for delivery with DAO to a parcel shop are 29 kr. and 35 kr. with DAO for home delivery.

If you buy for over 349kr., delivery with DAO to parcel shops is free and delivery to home delivery with DAO only costs 9kr.

3. RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

The defects rules of the Danish Sales Act apply to purchases of goods.
When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a 24-month right of complaint.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired,
exchanged, money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the fault. If you make a complaint within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will cover the shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Remember to keep a receipt for shipping so you can prove that the item was sent to us.

If you want to advertise a product, bowl You can contact our customer service at kundeservice@bystenholt.dk and send pictures that clearly show what you are complaining about. If the complaint is justified, you will be informed about the further course of action in the correspondence with customer service.

Returns in connection with complaints are made via a label that you will receive from customer service, or via the returns portal. You are also welcome to send the item back to us in another way.

In that case, the item must be returned to Silkeborgvej 84, 8680 Ry.

We neither accept packages without delivery nor packages sent by cash on delivery.

4. EXCHANGE OF A GOOD

It's easy and quick to exchange your items with these 4 steps:

1. Order a return label and find the return slip HERE - You will receive a return label to print. If you do not have a printer, you will also receive a 9-digit code that you can write on the return package instead.
2. Fill out the return form - If you would like an exchange, simply write on the return slip which item you would like to exchange for.
3. Pack the goods securely in the original packaging and enclose the return form in the return package.
4. Deliver the package at your nearest DAO Parcel Shop.

Please note that it is free to exchange the item for another, but that you can only exchange it for products with a cheaper or similar price. If this is not the case, the amount will be refunded via the original payment method.

5. RETURNING A GOOD

It's easy and quick to return your items with these 4 steps:

1. Order a return label and find the return slip HERE - You will receive a return label to print. If you do not have a printer, you will also receive a 9-digit code that you can write on the return package instead.
2. Fill out the return form
3. Pack the goods securely in the original packaging and enclose the return form in the return package.
4. Deliver the package at your nearest DAO Parcel Shop.


You are responsible for ensuring that your return package is properly packaged, that it is delivered correctly to a DAO parcel shop , and that you can subsequently present documentation of delivery in the form of a receipt and tracking number. If you return without using our return portal, you are responsible for the item reaching us and also have proof of this in the form of a tracking number.

6. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

There is a 30-day full right of withdrawal/return on items purchased in our webshop.

The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you received your item. You will also not be able to access our returns portal after this. After a maximum of 30 days from receipt, you must notify us that you wish to return an item. You then have 14 days to return the item to us. If you have ordered multiple items
different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item. The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt, access our returns portal and send the products back. If you send on your own and at your own expense, you must contact us by email within the 14 days.

The notification must be given by email to kundeservice@bystenholt.dk. In the notification, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You will find the standard cancellation form attached at the bottom of these terms and conditions.

7. CANCELLATION OF PART OF THE PURCHASE

If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

8. CONDITION OF THE GOODS WHEN YOU SEND IT BACK

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is
is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried on beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a portion or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.
To receive a full refund, the same applies as when purchasing in a physical store. You may try the item out, but not actually use it.

We recommend that you return the item in the original shipping packaging (resealable bag or resealable box).
If your product(s) have special original packaging and this is missing, it may result in a decrease in the value of the item.

9. REFUND OF THE PURCHASE AMOUNT

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day you have notified us of your withdrawal.
We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold payment until we have received the goods, unless you send us documentation that the return has arrived at our location.

10. COMPLAINT OPTIONS

In order to file a complaint, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.

12. DISCOUNT CODES

Please note that discount codes cannot be used when purchasing gift cards.
Discount codes cannot be combined with other codes, discounts or promotions unless otherwise stated.

13. PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information covers all information that can be used to identify an individual, including,
but not limited to, first and last name, age, gender, home or other physical address, email address or other contact information, regardless of whether they relate to the person's private residence or
workplace. What personal data do we collect and process? As a general rule, you can access
the website without telling us who you are or providing personal information about yourself. However, Bystenholt.dk needs certain personal information to be able to do business with you and provide news and other services to you. The company only collects the personal information that is necessary.

We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone number and email address.

The company does not collect personally identifiable information about you from third parties and does not store information about payment methods, e.g. card numbers on payment cards, bank account numbers or the like.

In order to further develop and improve Bystenholt.dk, we keep statistics on how you use the website. Personal data is registered with Bystenholt .dk and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted. We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your data with adequate protection.
