When does Black Friday start at ByStenholt?
We open for early access on Thursday at 8:00 PM .
Everyone on our Pre Access list will receive a secret discount code via email so they can shop before everyone else.
The official Black Friday then opens on Friday at 00:00 for the rest of the shop.
Have you extended the return period during Black Friday?
Yes! We have extended the right of return until January 15, 2026 , so you can shop for Christmas gifts and Black Friday favorites without any stress.
Can I exchange an item purchased on Black Friday?
Yes of course - even free exchange ! Even if the item was purchased on sale, you can still exchange it as long as you comply with the extended return period.
Is there free shipping during Black Friday?
You get free shipping on purchases over DKK 349 – just like usual.
Can I use discount codes with Black Friday deals?
No, discount codes cannot usually be combined with Black Friday prices unless otherwise stated.
What if an item is sold out?
When an item sells out during Black Friday, it usually does not come back into stock during the campaign .
That's why we recommend that you act quickly – especially on our best-selling bags and dresses.
Some items will be available for pre-order, so you can still buy your favorites on sale!
When will I receive my order?
We pack and ship as quickly as we can throughout Black Friday.
You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order has been shipped.
Will there be any offers or competitions during Black Week?
Yes! Throughout Black Week we will be releasing wild offers, surprises and competitions that only last for a short time at a time.

On Thursday, November 27th at 8pm, we will open the shop for VIP customers. You will get access 4 hours before everyone else – and the chance to get the most popular styles first. Sign up for the newsletter to become a VIP.

Yes! Many people use Black Friday to buy Christmas gifts. We have even extended the deadline until January 2026, so you can buy your Christmas gifts in good time.
