Everything you need to know about pre-ordering an item
WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
When you pre-order an item from us, it means that the item is not yet in stock but is on its way to us. By pre-ordering, you secure the product before it sells out.

Du bestiller varen helt som normalt og sikrer dig produktet, før det bliver udsolgt.
Varen er endnu ikke på lager, men er på vej hjem til os.
Beløbet reserveres ved bestilling, men trækkes først, når din ordre bliver sendt.
Du modtager en mail, når din ordre bliver pakket og sendt. Ved forsinkelser holder vi dig opdateret.
PRE-ORDER FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
When will I receive my order?
Your order will be shipped as soon as the item is in stock. The estimated date is stated on the product page, but may vary. You will receive an email if the delivery time is longer than expected.
Are the funds debited immediately?
No. The amount is only reserved, and will only be debited when your order is shipped.
Can the delivery time change?
Yes. The date provided is estimated, and delays may occur. If this happens, we will inform you via email.
Kan jeg bestille andre varer sammen med en forudbestilling?
Yes. If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-orders, the entire order will generally be shipped together once the pre-ordered item has arrived at our warehouse.
If you wish to have the in-stock items that are ready for dispatch sent first, you are always welcome to contact us at kundeservice@bystenholt.dk, and we will find the best solution.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes, as long as the order has not been shipped yet. Contact our customer service here.
