Small: 29cm length, 17cm height and 11cm handle.
Medium: 40cm length, 25cm height and 20cm handle.
There cannot be a Macbook computer in the Noel Bag.

🚚 How quickly will you ship my order?
We pack and ship every weekday. Orders placed before 12 noon will be shipped the same day.
⏱️ How long is the delivery time?
Normal delivery time is 1-3 business days , depending on shipping method and the busyness of the shipping company.
📍 Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If the order has not yet been packed, we can often change the address. Please contact us as soon as possible here.
🔎 How do I track my package?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can follow the package all the way.
📦 My package is delayed – what do I do?
First check the tracking through the link you received in the email. If the package does not move within 48 hours, please contact us so we can help investigate the matter.
Note : During busy periods, delays may occur with the shipping company.
🛍️ Can I pick up my order from you?
We have no physical stores, and orders can therefore only be placed online and shipped through a shipping company.
